   I was a client of this company until two years ago. I would steer clear of their services as they are now a very complex company where the left does not know what the right is doing. They are no longer professional and should be avoided. You can easily find better accountants for your company in this price range.

   Fraud company - do not use! They carried out an R&D Claim for us, put in the claim, took their fee. They agreed to answer any questions and the investigation from HMRC regarding the R&D claim. When contacting them, they have said their system was hacked and have no recollection of our claim, albeit sending invoices for their services, with invoices paid. Awful company - never use

   Aston Shaw was really first class years ago but unfortunately now they make mistakes there's no client manager directly responsible for your affairs you can contact and furthermore they lack thoroughness. They are difficult to communicate with and to get meaningful answers. Even when they make mistakes you won't even get an apology. This company is to be avoided as no longer well organised and fit for purpose.

   You do not have an accountant until you are with Aston Shaw !, I have been with them for years , right back to Aston berry days , I would not be where I am today in business without them , no question. it never fails to amaze me how there’s always something you haven’t thought of , you think you know business, until they let loose !, yes I have a high bill , but that is absolutely nothing and disregarded , in light of what I save with their knowledge , they are life changing , I am forever grateful and my legend that is Susie Tennant who’s always a phone call away , will always be dear !, Aston Shaw , you are magic and thank you !
