How is it possible to wait in the emergency room for 6 hours????my God !!! it's an emergency ! people come because something happened to them but not to wait for more hours in unbearable pain, no one even sees that the doctors are practically standing there and making fun of the patients, what is the government, the parliament, the king doing, Wake up......

On the 13th of November 2025 I visited Milton Keynes Hospital Children’s A&E at around 12 am and had an extremely distressing experience with the doctor who saw my son. His behaviour was aggressive, intimidating, and completely unprofessional. We left feeling shaken and unsafe. I’ve filed a formal complaint because no family should be treated like this. when someone is elected for certain job make sure he’s not mentally disturbed )

My 14 years old boy had a football injury. The service provided by all the staff over there was exceptional. Many thanks for your service!

We have always had good experience here, there are good doctors and nurses. I very much respect the way they treat pacients and how they explain to parents. they were empathetic, with sense of humour and kind with my baby. as waiting times, sometimes we have been seen in as little as 30 min sometimes around 3 hours, but never more.

I haven't always, but today I had a really good experience at A&E. The triage nurses were kind and reassuring. Everyone was really efficient and after a chest Xray I was sent to the new Maple Centre. There the staff were lovely and caring and the Dr I saw was helpful and again, reassuring. Thank you.

If there was 0 star rating I would be rating with it. Terrible, just terrible service. Staying 10+ hours in the EMERGENCY room. If it was something life threatening I would've been dead by now. Thank you NHS for the slowest help that I still haven't received. Another proof that all the strikes and protests you've been doing in the last decade are just on top of nothing.

Very good service, specially considering the amount of people that must be there every single day
