Taken our 2 year old twice for the Halloween event which he absolutely loved and couldn’t of been more value for money with what you get to see/do on the day even on both occasions there was different animals and different characters to see , also the amount of effort that goes into making the kids days and going above and beyond is unbelievable. Would highly recommend

Absolutely wonderful place! We took my 3 year old son he loved all the Halloween activities they had to offer and enjoyed the character meet and greets, the pumpkin picking and the inflatable globe! Brilliant day out :-)

What a great place to go with young children. I would say 3- 8 yrs . So many different activities for them to do . Foam , slides , water, climbing , go carts, trampolines . Different themes on different areas . Plenty of seating areas and cafe inside . Pre book before hand . You can spends hours in here . Sand , water , foam . Car parking around the back . The only thing I thought was strange just one set of toilets in the dinosaur end . I could be mistaken. We had a great day . Definitely go back

Castaway Play is a fantastic destination for families with young children. It offers a wide variety of activities that can easily keep kids entertained for an entire day. With multiple themed play areas, there’s something to suit every age group and interest. One of the highlights is the thoughtful design that includes plenty of seating for adults, allowing parents and guardians to relax while keeping an eye on their little ones. The on-site café is also a great touch, providing a range of food and drink options for a convenient break or lunch. However, there are a few aspects to consider. During weekends, the place can get quite hectic due to the number of children, which might be overwhelming for some. Additionally, having only one toilet for the entire venue can be inconvenient, especially when it's busy. While the experience is enjoyable overall, there are more affordable play centres available in the area. Nonetheless, Castaway Play remains a top choice for a fun and energetic day out.

Very good day out for my daughters 2nd birthday. Lots of sand and water so bring spare clothes. Bring change for mini rides. Cafe food was okay, not spectacular but decent for a kids play place really! Will definitely be returning.

We could not have a better day. There is a number of play areas, which means that it does not feel busy at all. There is something for every age. The little children under age 2 have great playing areas and the kids that are older 3-10 have the best play areas. There is huge number of things to do. Staff are great as well.

Amazing, wish we lived nearer. Play equipment was fantastic, so many different areas and so much to do, kept our 4 year old entertained, could have stayed for hours and hours. Sandpit areas were particularly good, normally feel a bit grubby but everything here was pristine. Entry wasn't cheap but worth it. Food was good quality but expensive. Could do with more toilets. Then pros massively outweigh the few small cons. Really can't say enough good things about this place, such a gem.

Best activity I have taken my son to. We drove 45 mins for this and it was so worth it! So much to play with - toddler heaven! What's more there was a 50% off offer on, absolute bargain!

Kids love it here!!!! I can’t think of a bad thing to say. Kids can easy spend all day here. There 4 man sections •Outdoor (undercover play area) •Indoor free/role play area •Indoor pirate theme area •Indoor jungle theme area If you go in the holidays and have timed play seasons they give the kids half an hour in each area so they can enjoy it all. If it’s a week day with full play sessions the 100% worth staying for dinner as the kids can easy spend hours in here. Pram friendly Toilets Cafe (great with allergies)
