Really nice place! Clean and tidy. Friendly staff. Great soft play. Its nice to see tots area sectioned off from the junior area. Highly recommend
My first experience of soft play as a parent and we loved it! The coffee was fantastic in the cafe and I cannot stress how clean everything was, toilets, changing room and soft play arena which was something I was dreading being an issue. Would visit again 100%. My daughter loved it!
Really impressed with this play centre, and I’ve been to a lot. Firstly it is absolutely spotlessly clean, including the toilets (nice surprise). It’s is great for the kids as it’s all set out very well. Lovely food selection on offer too and very tasty. Lastly but not least, the staff are all so lovely, friendly and helpful. Can’t wait to go back with our little one, who didn’t want to leave

This is a great soft play venue, it was very clean the cleanest one I have ever been, there are 3 2hour sessions per day with a 30 minute cleaning break in-between each session. The food menue prices are reasonable and its made fresh to order, they have a good choice of coffees and teas. I had gone there for a birthday party and the party food was a child friendly buffet for the children to choose what they would like to eat and there was more than enough for the 16 children at this party with an ice-cream tub each for desert. My 3 grandchildren were well impressed and want to go again. Only negative why do adults have to pay £1.50 each when they will buy coffee/teas for themselves and drinks for the children.
What a beautiful little hidden gem. My son loves it. Super clean and fresh, staff were brilliant. Had a lovely morning and food is lush ❤️
Such a nice little place and they cater for allergies which is even better as it's not something everywhere does. They sanitize after every session. Staff are so nice and friendly too
Love this place. Compared to other play centres in Stoke On Trent this is definitely the best and not expensive. The place is very clean and has a massive play area. The staff are always friendly, helpful and welcoming and provide brilliant food. Highly recommended.
Very clean looking multi level soft play equipment and toilet facilities. Small cafe with a small menu for adults and kids but had something for everyone. Party room was a little on the small side but staff were very accommodating and helpful. Plenty of seating and car parking. Small soft play area for the smaller children but not sure how long this area would keep them entertained for as we attended with a six year old.
