   Paid & booked a pitch in a weeks advance, to get a phone call two days later telling me that I need to either move the booking for a later time (which was a ridiculous time for a Wednesday evening) or cancel. This was because someone was booking a 10 week slot and the system wasn’t updated. This isn’t the first time of it happening as well! Absolutely awful planning, not booking again…still waiting on a refund.

   Had our wedding reception here on 18th october, all the staff were absolutely brill from helping me with the planning, decorating the room & even down to the end cleaning up. All polite, chatty & professional. Would definitely recommend hiring for any partys/receptions.

   We had our wedding party here and it was fab. Lots of our guests also commented how brilliant it was. All of the staff including Jess, Ethan and a few other guys (sorry forgot names!) were so helpful, and lovely. Would absolutely recommend for parties and celebrations, the room is also really nice and bar is really reasonable. The DJ was also absolutely brilliant and a lovely guy. Thank you for a fabulous night!

   I had my 21st birthday party here on Saturday 27th sept. I have always dealt with Kirsty and the other girls on the phone at powerleague on the run up to my party and they were great. I arrived at the venue to nothing but a shit show basically. There were 2 men working there on the night of my party. One guy with a buzz cut and one guy with glasses. The guy with the buzz cut gave us nothing but grief. At first, we weren’t allowed to put any confetti on the tables. Then he asked how long it would be before my guests arrived as ‘normally it fills up at 7’. He had the football on that he was watching as I was trying to decorate the room and the guy that worked with him offered to put music on for us, to which the other guy refused, shouted at him and said ‘I’m keeping the football on’ and they started an argument over it. I felt really sorry for the other guy as he was lovely and helped us with loads of things that night. The other guy spent the night talking to my DJ. Mid way through the night, I walked outside as my friend had to leave early and he said to my mum ‘have I just seen the birthday girl leave?’ Like… I’m sorry I didn’t know I wasn’t allowed to stand by the door without my every move being questioned? Luckily, this guys shift must of finished at around 9/10pm as another man started to work the bar and he was lovely too. It was appalling and I felt like I was being watched every second by that certain member of staff. I didn’t get his name, I didn’t really want to speak to him to be honest as he just gave a cocky aura. I won’t be booking powerleague again and I’d advise anyone else against it. My friend made some tiktok videos about this place after her wedding was ruined and I should of listened to her. If I was powerleague, the first thing I’d do is get rid of that horrible man that works there. I feel sorry for the staff that have to deal with him everyday.

   Great facilities for 5 a side football. Especially for kids birthday parties, we'll organised for parties of 10 to have coaching, a game, then food and drink after in their clubhouse. Tropies and gifts after, great value for money.

   What a lovely stressfree party my 8 year old had here yesterday. The staff here were very friendly and informative and showed us to the party room also explained how the party and timings were going to be run. The coach was very engaging and gave the children a fantastic football experience. The venue and toilets were also very clean which is an added bonus when it comes to sport facility's. We really enjoyed our selves, thank you !

   Had a party today for 15 kids. Absolutely brill. Can't fault them. From the greeting by front of house to the coach, we always knew what the plan was and the boys enjoyed every second. The coach was brill with the lads and remembered all their names! Well organised, food cooked perfectly, great service. Would highly recommend. Thanks for a great party.
