I have used Farnell Clark - particularly my account manager Adrian Zabicki my account manager for nearly 12 months now and they have always been there to support and advise me as a start up business their support has been invaluable.
I had to give one star as couldn't give zero. Their levels of incompetence are second to none. They are a glorified book keeping service and can't even manage that, yet charge their clients as if they are offering extraordinary accountancy services. If you want to gamble your tax obligations and thus your company accounts, then waste your money on this gang of clowns.
These guys are simply amazing. Cheaper than my previous accountants (who would charge for each phone call) and a far, far better and simpler online book keeping system makes my life so much easier.
