The breakfast was awful, no food available, no plates or cups .Ridiculously under staffed. Had to leave the bar early at 10 due to staffing issues after 2 couples making a 3 and 5 hour drive to meet friends there. Will never return. The 2 staff on tried their best so this review does not reflect on them personally.
Wonderful service, Hospitality & professional rooms. Even the receptionist are very nice & cooperative.
Room floor had not been hoovered. Food on the floor, mold in the bathroom. Complained expecting discount but nothing given. Breakfast was slow and definitely understaffed. Three people in the breakfast queue complained about unclean plates and cutlery with food left on them.
Booked a Premier Plus room, just a few quid more than a standard room, well worth the extra pennies. Rainfall shower, fancy coffee machine, free wi-fi. 2 little chocolate bars. At the moment (July 2025) there's some building work going on, so parking is a tiny bit compromised. The lady who was on reception in the evening when we checked in was just delightful and absolutely charming
Arrived late in the day to stay at this site. Holidaying from Australia, I was having lots of trouble with the Premier Inn online booking process, as for some reason it wouldn't accept a postcode from abroad. When we arrived at reception, the team member Dawn was more than happy to assist, and successfully helped us to make our online booking. Reserved a table at dinner and breakfast for us too! Outstanding customer service! You made us feel so welcome.
Dirty bed sheets. A no smoking policy but the corridor stank of canibis!!! Reported this twice to be told 'I will take a look!' And a very breakfast that was meant to be hot cooked breakfast!
Thank you for the stay. The lady on the desk tonight is amazing and should be running the place, sorry I don't know her name (Thurs 17th November) She's great and extremely attentive! You have an amazing employee there! Only reason I've scored it so high! Loverly place to stay, housekeeping is hit and miss and some of the other people here can be fantastic. I've stayed for 4 weeks some minor problems with maintainance, housekeeping and Internet but it's been decent. Thank you.
I stayed at this hotel for more than a month. The room is clean, quiet and friendly staff. The food is tasty and fresh. I can specify that the receptionist Haida Adrian is a true professional, prompt and always helpful at any time. RESPECT !
Had an early morning flight to catch from Luton Airport so needed an early night. The constant banging of doors and people stamping around upstairs soon put a spanner in the works of any sleep. I gave up trying to sleep at just after 1am and my wife got up at 01.45ish, we hung around I'd tried to drink as much tea and coffee as we could until we needed to leave at just before 3am. Nobody on reception to complain to and didn't have time to hang around. We won't be using this Premier Inn again anytime soon and certainly NOT if we need to be up early for a flight. We stayed in room 101 so we were right by the lift as I didn't want us to disturb anybody while leaving so early, just a shame other guests weren't so considerate.
A good start with sweets and gifts left in room but quickly went downhill with broken lift, room cards not working, 1 towel for a family of 4, a pull out mattress that made it impossible to sleep on, a very noisy fan in ceiling. This is the last time we will use Premier Inn as it's problems everytime now.
