   I would give zero starts if I could the manager is very rude and the beds are ready old and the rooms are very old and the shower and toilet is really old a don’t even work properly also found a rat in my room I have reported to Bedford borough council environment health department.

   We arrived at a busy time and check-in man was very pleasant. We mentioned we were going to a festival very early in the morning and he said he could do breakfast at 5:30 am. The breakfast member of staff was very pleasant and catered for vegetarian and vegan. And you could have as much tea and toast as you want. The room was all that we needed, clean, en-suite and my wife said the linen sheets smelled airy and fresh. There was off road secure parking. Already told my family about this place. Will be back for the festival to this accommodation in the future.

   Staff were welcoming and couldn't do enough to make our stay enjoyable. The hotel was clean and presentable with secure off road parking. Staff went out of their way to put on a 5.30am breakfast for us and this catered for vegetarians and vegans I thoroughly recommend this hotel.

   Great location. The hotel was quiet and clean with friendly and helpful staff. Full English breakfast was good quality with as much toast, tea etc as we wanted. Room decoration and en-suite were rather tired (new carpet though!) but we had booked late and it was the last available room. Great value and would recommend.

   We needed a room for my in-laws and found this little jewel. The rooms are very nice, especially for that price. But what I was really impressed with was the friendliness of the staff and the really good breakfast! Definitely a great place and we'll looking forward to do business again. Thank you!

   This independent hotel is tucked away within a ten minute walk from Bedford town centre with ample parking at the rear. I was greeted by the helpful staff upon entry who were happy to help with bags and information about the local area. A mix of rooms with en suites and shared bathrooms which are kept clean. Not the most spacious place but it really feels like a hidden gem. Breakfast was included and the full English went down a treat, plus there's the option of a continental, if preferred. Great value and highly revenged l recommended from me.
