   I was a client for a number of years! Paid EVERY month by direct debit until Lowtax decided to more than double my fee! They now refuse to refund the monies that I’ve paid for a tax year that they have done ZERO work for! My new accountant charges a fraction of the price - AVOID LOWTAX!!!

   They promised to do my tax returns with the same diligence as their own, and to be proactive and understand my business. They failed to deliver on any of these promises. They were the least proactive accountants I have ever dealt with. The only time they were proactive was in collecting their (frankly too large) fees. Neither are they chartered accountants - so you've got no come-back if they don't deliver.
