Visited for the first time with my 1 year old daughter and was so disappointed. It's a dirty and run down place, there were numerous bins in the under 4s area with blue wet tissues surrounding them. I'm assuming that this is due to leaks but then surely it shouldn't be open - it'd be dirty water dripping from the roof. Most of the interactive activities within the area were also broken or damaged. Also When we arrived I spotted food all over the floor near some of the tables. I wouldn't recommend going here as everything that my daughter played with/came in contact with with was very well worn.

One of tallest play areas. Quite busy sometimes but we'll worth the money. Strict rules about food from outside, which isn't allowed.

Visited for the first time in years! Couldn’t believe it was still going. Staff were amazing so helpful talked us through everything and explained all the facilities. Great customer service. Food options arnt like you would get from a wacky warehouse so bear in mind it’s a tiny kitchen with a small amount of choices.

I visited Funsters in Crewe today for the first time with my 10 year old Grandaughter and I was blown away with the size of the place it was amazing. It was clean ,the staff were lovely and very helpful, the food was fantastic and good value for money. I'm sure we will be visiting again soon.

My partner takes our little boy here every Wednesday morning, and has done so for just under two years. Unfortunately, I have only ever been able to attend once or twice during that time, but today I took our lad whilst his mum was busy. The ladies behind the counter made me feel welcome and all took the time out to speak to our child who they've grown to know over the many visits he has had. Great team, great plac! We'll be attending for many more Wednesday's to come!

Great, spacious play area for babies and toddlers. All the staff are very friendly! Definitely recommend. Especially midweek toddler sessions.

Visited on a pre-booked session on Sunday morning. Whilst waiting in the queue for the 11.30 session, my baby was screaming for a feed. Asked politely if it would be possible just to go through and feed her but was abruptly told ‘not for another 3 minutes’. As my baby got more worked up, one of the staff suggested I sit on one of three chairs lined up as you are waiting. 2 of these were being climbed on by other children and were in prime position for everyone to get a front row view of me breastfeeding. Not exactly the private space I would usually opt for. She then offered to get me another chair which I could use where I was standing instead - again, not remotely private and in the time it would take her to sort this out, the session would have started. Quibbling over 3 minutes??? Bizarre. Especially for a baby who wouldn’t even be using the play equipment. Whilst in the play area with my 4 y/o, one of the fidget spinners came off in his hand, including the nuts, bolts and screw used to ‘anchor’ it to the wall. Presumably not the first time it had happened as there were multiple spinners missing from the same wall. Begs the question: why hasn’t the whole thing been removed? Not to mention this was in the ‘baby area’ targeted at 5 and unders. Obviously very dangerous and concerning. Also find that in other play areas, the baby section is monitored by staff to ensure it’s not getting too rough with older kids running in and out. Not the case here. Chose to remove my baby from that area in the end as there were older children jumping over her and throwing toys. Overall not impressed and won’t be returning.

Good play area, we took my niece (almost 9) and nephew (age 2) while there was at least 2 parties happening, it was very busy but even with the parties it didn't feel overcrowded. The kids had a great time but really needed different straws in their slushies, as businesses can only really supply paper ones these days I recommend bringing your own reusable ones for drinks like this.

This is awesome for the kids. It's a massive play area. So much to do, the only way I can describe it is that it has tunnels with sections that have a soft ball shoot area, zip line (kids version), football area, slides and climbing parts. The kids have an amazing time each time they come here. The food options are great if you aren't intolerant to anything. My partner is vegan and I have intolerances. Although they cater for alternative milk options, I had a soya latte. The only food option we could have were chips. I'd like to hope they will start catering for food intolerances and have vegan options. The big milkshakes look amazing too, but that's all I can do, look not have any. They have a new area where you can by toy items, though they seem pretty expensive for what they are. The toilets always seem clean and looked after. Lovely helpful friendly staff. I would advise to book online, as it's always busy.
