Lovely lady to talk to but stressful. Tax return was only completed 20 minutes before the deadline, resulting in a late night for me and a lot of stress. Probably would've been less stressful to do the return myself which is what I'm doing next time. Also I have been requesting a refund for £13 for next year's tax return which came out by direct debit but I'm not getting any reply whatsoever now despite sending emails and Facebook messages. Such a shame as she is really nice but maybe has too much work for one person
