   Not as clean as is made out. Struggling to understand why under 1 years of age are charged £2.50. I was unable to let my 10 month old play in the 0-2 year old section due to older children (4+) playing in that area. Please police the areas if meant for babies...or if you're not going to then don't charge for under 1s.

   Avoid at all costs. Ran a SEN session today and instead of keeping it inclusive like advertised they let families in without SEN children in, staff dont have a clue what SEN means. Loads of distressed children and parents and no staff member caring, instead carrying on letting more people in even though complaints were made. And when asked why, I feel bad for not letting them in, or they moaned so we gave in. It was quite comical once you get over the distress caused. Don’t book a private party, you may get anyone coming if they feel sorry for them at the door. Also they didn’t like there bad reviews on social media so I resulted in being blocked. If your going to run a business and say your providing a service and then don’t provide it expect the bad press. It all comes with running a business I’m afraid! And this wasn’t a little mistake!

   A great softplay for a variety of ages, staff always clean up efficiently and the eating area is clean as are the facilities. Only downside is that the food and drinks menu is rather pricey so makes it off putting to stay for a long time as other places in the area are much more cost effective particularly if you have more than one child. The entry price is around £8 and food is about the same meaning it can be quite costly in comparison to other places such as Jungleland or Little Rascals.

   Best soft play I've been to in a while - lots of zones, suitable for all ages. My 8mo loved it. You guys do need a better system for the toddler juice and toast - 20 mins wait for the toast, can't you just have a pile ready to pass out?!

   Our little man loved it. Great clean soft play areas, different sizes for different age groups. Great cafe also which catered well for my mum and I that are Coeliac and require Gluten-free.

   The place itself was good, clean and well maintained. There was plenty to do and the kids enjoyed themselves. The only thing that let it down was the food service was rather slow and our order got mixed up. But hey, it was a Saturday and these things happen. The staff sorted it and were helpful. I would visit again.

   The only reason I didn't score 5 stars due to the smell of chip fat and smoke. I think they were cooking for a large party and you could smell it as soon as you walked in. Apart from that, the place is nice and kept clean. Good soft play area for babies. Two of the ipad games were missing for kids to play on.

   Very clean and well thought out soft play. There is lots to do for a range of ages included small and larger soft play areas, a brick building area, play kitchens and even tablets out for older kids. We didn't eat on this occasion so can't comment on food but based on how friendly the staff were and the cleanliness is expect good things.
