   My elderly parent's drains became blocked so phoned the company to explain the situation. Spoke to a friendly lady, who explained pricing and times of arrival. She even phoned later in the day, just to let me know they were then on their way. The engineer came out and sorted the problem quickly. My father said 'he was a very nice man'! Great service and great price! Would definitely recommend.
