After buying a new smart TV we found that neither the existing aerial nor a replacement we had bought were satisfactory. Across the internet, the TV was fine, but as a TV very poor. We found Ben on the Norfolk County Council Trusted Trader site, one of several aerial installation and repair engineers listed, and after reading reviews and asking for a quote he came round and tested the set up and our various equipments. Suffice it to say that when he arrived we had terrible reception and poor quality sound and vision (unlike other TVs in the house). After he left, and ever since, the TV has performed to the quality we'd hoped for and expected. Ben's work was thoroughly professional, extremely tidy and successful. His quote wasn't entirely accurate - he charged us a few pounds less than we'd expected, which was a pleasant surprise. We'd have paid more. It is an absolute pleasure to see professionalism at work, and I would recommend Aerials By Ben unreservedly.
