My little girl had her 5th birthday party here today. We were really pleased with everything, especially our host Zach who was fantastic with the children - he made sure that they had plenty of fun during the disco and was very attentive during the meal too. This is the second party we've done at GTC and definitely recommend for a party.
Great party today for my daughter and her friend. We had an exclusive party at 4pm and when we arrived at 3.45 the place was very tidy and ready for us. The staff were very attentive and organised. Hot drinks arrived quickly. The food was plentiful and children really enjoyed it. Special mention to Zach the party host who was very attentive and enthusiastic, kept checking in with us and letting us know what was going on. Great with the children too making sure they were all happy. Brilliant party, thank you all!
A fantastic place for the kids, always clean and tidy. Which i love in soft play. Staff are helpful and friendly. Good choice on food menu... no need to book up, walk stright in now... and price isn't bad too!!! Well worth a visit
Easy to find place, with a small park9ng outside. Clean, well kept place. Multistorey castle with a big selection of attractions for kids of many ages. Separate play area for the youngest ones, which also consists of multi-level activities. Not too busy, which was actually a nice surprise for a Saturday morning. Small café on site, with a selection of hot and cold drinks and few snacks. Table and chairs were cleaned and the place was taken care of in a good and timely manner. Huge, long slide a definite highlight of the visit. Option of hire for party is available also.

We had our party here in late September. My children loved their party with their friends from school. It was large enough to combine both classes. The staff were really helpful in terms of facilitating the day and the children had fun playing on all the equipment.
I couldn’t get anything to eat or drink because for my kids because the only one option payment was app… this is awful….
Actually pretty good. The outside does need a little spruce up but inside has everything our little one wanted from a play centre. Yes the food is a little bit on the less cheap side but can't really mock the play equipment
