My Worcester boiler had a blinking blue light and my hot water and heating was was not working. I searched google maps for a Gas Engineer near Heartsease in Norwich. I found one with good reviews and made a call. Very fast response from CHS Heating. The engineer visited that same day. The boiler needed a new fan. I bought the parts from Wolseley at the Sprowston estate. Engineer Hasan returned the next day to install the parts. The service was high quality, and in addition I received helpful advice on spotting warning signs for future problems. Highly recommended.
Scenario; Our 30 year old boiler has broken down and its January!.. Having been let down by a couple of local companies in the past we found CHS on Google. The man (Hasan) told us he had a couple of calls to make but he'd be with us asap. True to his word he arrived at our door a couple of hours later, smartly presented with mask and toolkit. Ultimately 3 parts needed to be replaced and all was accomplished to our complete satisfaction; the boiler has never performed as well as it does right now. We got the impression that Hasan was prepared to 'turn circles' any time, night or day to get our boiler back working to its potential!
