A lovely team and a lovely shop. Our budget was very small for our wedding bands and my engagement ring, but Alistair and his team had lots of ideas and we really love the vintage rings we've chosen. I also appreciated how they gave great advice, as I've not worn jewellery before so I wasn't sure how the fit for the rings should be, and I really valued their help with deciding this. I looked at their website for ages before I visited, but I didn't realise that they have even more items in the shop than listed on their website - definitely go and visit, it's such a beautiful shop!
Couldn't recommend enough. Have paid many visits to this jewellers over the years. Always been looked after very well. A perfect hassle free and calm friendly service by all. (I'm quick to walk out of places if I feel pushed) Includes interesting uncommon pieces you don't find elsewhere. Side note: For those with limited ability parking can be available literally at the front door.
Zelley Jewellers are always so accommodating and welcoming. They have a beautiful selection of jewellery. I would highly recommend going there and having a look around at all their beautiful items. We bought my husbands wedding band there.
I had an excellent experience with Alistair when buying a beautiful vintage ring as a gift. He arranged for it to be personalised using hand engraving, which made it even more special and unique. We were communicating between England and Australia, which is not always easy, but the service was fantastic and he was committed to creating a special piece. Thank you so much Alistair!

We all read about companies that have perfect sales, but what about the imperfect one where nearly EVERYTHING goes wrong... This review is about such a sale and why I am giving them 5 STARS! There was illness, vacation, an employee shortage, and someone new delivering the jewelry to the Post and losing the tracking?! No matter how many times I wrote them, they responded timely and with a reasonable explanation. After thoroughly searching until their eyeballs gave out, they gave me the news that the tracking was lost. Kindness, empathy, and solution are at least three of the hallmarks of this company and I always felt heard! Also, the custom piece I ordered is EXQUISITE!!!
