   I was really impressed with the staff working on 22/12/25. Our showing of Avatar had technical issues with the audio but the staff responded immediately. They clearly communicated with the audience while sorting the issue and, though there was some delay, they were able to get everything back up and running to where the film had left off. It was massively appreciated by the group I came with as they rescued what could have been a disappointing evening!

   Love coming to the odeon, the isense is the way forward with cinema, the reclining chairs are comfy and a great way to watch film... the staff are friendly and love the nachos and ice blast... but the decor, tables and recliners are staring to become worn, for such a modern up to date cinema, this isn't the best look..you pay for ticket and food, 40 pound near enough, you shouldn't be having rips in the chairs... very disappointed with that...

   Really comfy seats, staff very pleasant and helpful. The only issue was the Adverts very so loud before the film. My grandson had autism and it wasn't good for him, took a little while to calm him down. Maybe just turn the volume down a little. Then it would have been more enjoyable for him.

   Despite being local, we only went here for the first time a week ago....and went again last night. Lovely and clean. Super comfy seats, picture quality has been great both times (recently had problems with a competitor at another location) and the staff are so lovely and friendly. Recommended.

   Came on Saturday to watch 'A man called Otto' (brilliant film) As soon as we arrived we were welcomed by Chris who was so friendly and helpful. Great customer service. Seats were very comfortable. Only downside was the price, £18 for a ticket and £10 for popcorn and a drink otherwise would have been 5 stars

   Excellent customer service, and very clean all round, the chairs are super comfy leather recliners, and the screens are wide and clear no matter where you sit. Food and drink are standard cinema fair but it always seems a little fresher here, and the selection of items is very nice
