   I highly recommend this business. Today Ross and Dan came to fix my windscreen seal. They took time to answer all my questions and were very friendly. When it came time to get the job done, they were professional, passionate and very careful. Despite the possibility my windscreen to break during the removal, Ross and Dan removed it without even a scratch. Save me huge amount of unnecessary bills. These days is so hard to find people who you could trust especially car mechanics. A W G Windscreens gave me the feeling that I could trust them from the moment they accept my call and we discussed my issues to the moment I met Ross and Dan. They exceeded my expectations. Pricing is fair and transparent - good value for money. Well done and huge thanks. Definitely will use again for future issues.

   A truly appalling experience. I booked AWG for a simple chip repair that was described by their own technician as “a quick, easy job.” Instead, he cracked my windscreen during the repair — a result of working in direct sunlight on a hot day and on a dirty windscreen, which even AWG’s own installers later admitted can cause stress and cracking. The technician was dismissive and unprofessional, and to make matters worse, he AirDropped my insurance policy details to his personal phone — something I was never asked permission for, and I still have no confirmation that this data has been deleted. This raises serious data protection concerns. Afterwards, I was quoted £295 for a full windscreen replacement, which was only reduced to £250 after I protested. When the installers turned up, I was told I owed £300, because VAT had supposedly not been included — despite it never being mentioned before. The situation became even more concerning when I was encouraged to backdate the invoice so I could fraudulently claim it through my insurance, which was still within its 14-day non-claim window. AWG has ignored three of my emails, refuses to accept any responsibility for the damage, and backdated the final invoice to reduce the time I had to pay. They’ve shown no willingness to engage or resolve the issue. Unsafe, unaccountable, and deeply unprofessional. There are far better companies out there — avoid this one at all costs.

   Superb Job in replacing not only my front windscreen but painstakingly removing my rear screen on my hard top prior to respray. This was carefully cut out something that took a lot of skill and patience. I would highly recommend this company.
