   Did not attend inspections on arranged dates. Tried to charge me for almost invisible stains in cupboards as I left the property and some very flimsy excuses to withhold some of my deposit after I had lived in the property for over three years. I had to live for weeks with a window dropped out of the frame and numerous leaks from the roof. I always paid my rent on time yet as I go to move out they come up with ridiculous things to try to withhold money for. I replaced so many things out of my own pocket and resolved so many boiler issues and cupboards falling off myself whilst there. The same as every other letting agent. All smiles when they want to let to you and then stab you in the back as you leave. This is what gives letting agents a bad name. One side of the business clearly doesn’t speak to the other or they would know that I was an exemplary tenant who spent weeks making sure the property was handed back in a good state. Typical letting agent.

   Price and Wallace have been wonderful to deal with. They were quick to respond to any questions or communications I had with them. All the staff I spoke with by phone were friendly, pleasant and nothing was too much trouble…there were no ‘silly questions’. Considering that letting agents work for the landlord and not the tenant, Price and Wallace went above and beyond to ensure I still received a good service. I highly recommend using this agency.
