   Our overall experience with Belvoir was okay. We were satisfied with the landlord, who was always helpful and quick to adjust anything around the house. However, when we moved out, the deductions felt a bit excessive, especially considering the amount of cleaning we had done. Since the deductions were handled by a third party, we’ve adjusted our rating to 4 stars Deynevor property.

   I've recently moved into a new rented home with help from Belvoir, and I can honestly say that the whole experience has been quite an impressive one. I especially liked: - mobile, on location payment system (in other words, you like a place, you can immediately pay the retention fee and secure the house) - extensive inventory, 200 or so pictures, in-depth details on every single scratch in the house - this really gave us peace of mind. - exceptional punctuality and transparency. As far as we're concerned, Belvoir is the best agency we've ever worked with, they're trustworthy and customer-facing. It sets a standard that most other agencies should try to adhere to.
