Very poor experience. Lift stop working too often not hot water a lot of homeless coming inside, sometimes have stolen parcels, absolutely regretting living here!
I’ve had a very poor experience living in this flat. Not worth any stars The boiler has not been working for over 1 month, which means no reliable access to hot water or heating — even during cold weather. Despite repeated attempts to get it fixed, nothing meaningful has been done. This is a basic legal obligation that has been completely ignored. The lift is unreliable, often breaking down without warning, which is especially frustrating if you live on a higher floor or have mobility issues. To make things worse, there is frequent drug activity in or around the building. I’ve witnessed suspicious behaviour and even felt unsafe at times. Management or landlords seem unwilling or unable to address this. Overall, this has been a very stressful and disappointing living experience, and I would not recommend this property to anyone unless major improvements are made to safety, maintenance, and tenant support.

Now over the past few years, dodgy people have moved in and doing loads of drug deals. It’s not good for children to live here as they get frightened. It’s disgusting and the managers of the building don’t do anything. Terrible
