   I had my empty property on sale with another agent. The property remained empty for over 6 months. I spoke to Ibrar who discussed the possibility of renting my home to generate income whether it was for a shorter fixed tenancy or 12 months. He was extremely informative and very knowledgeable. I would never have thought of renting whilst selling but now I am extremely keen and have decided to do so. Thanks for the advice !

   I had a really good experience with Thomas from Venture Residential. He was super friendly, approachable, and always happy to help. He came over a couple of times for rental valuations and follow-ups, and each time he was very professional and patient in answering and clearing all my questions. Thomas was also very quick in taking pictures and getting the property online, which helped generate lots of viewings in a short time. His colleague who came for the viewings was also polite and professional. Even though I eventually went with a tenant I already knew, I was really impressed with the support and effort Thomas put in. I would definitely recommend him if you’re planning to rent out your property, and I’ll be more than happy to contact him again in the future.

   My experience has been through a friend who has rented accommodation via this agency. Whilst there appears to be a tonne of good reviews here, I can tell you that that's not the same experience my friend had. The property has had several issues during their 3+ year stay, Venture Residential took their own leisurely pace to rectify issues that were raised, on occasion - it took months. Their communication throughout as been abysmal. I would suggest looking elsewhere to rent if you have the means to.

   I have been in touch with Ashleigh from Venture a couple of times to view prospect properties! Ashleigh is extremely helpful, dynamic and always willing to help. Great example of client services even when I was running 10 minutes late due to my work schedules. 100% recommended, definitely after dealing with Ashleigh every other person that I came across wasn't close to her level of service!    We used Venture for the recent sale of our property and from the very start were impressed with the commitment and professionalism of all the staff we dealt with. Taylor who conducted the initial meetings and valuation was superb. There were some issues with our sale and we lost our initial buyer (this was not down to any fault by the Venture staff), but Dawid and Ashleigh worked tirelessly to ensure that we had as many viewings as possible as soon as possible. We would most definitely recommend using their services.
