   Sharman Quinney have been incredibly helpful all through the buying process and have given me the best advice and assistance along the way. The whole team made things very easy, from Jamie who accompanied me on the initial viewing and helped with guidance in making an offer, Johnson who gave me some extremely good advice on the purchase, Tommy who was very patient during my second viewing while I messed around with tape measures, and Kerry who has provided a helping hand and support in the process. The whole team are highly recommended.

   I am really disappointed with Sherman Quinney They had my property for more than one year and failed to sell it 3 times The first time there was a chain but they kept this from me. The second time was because they failed to check the buyers mortgage income until the last second The third time, after calling the manager Mr Johnson, he reassured me that a chain will not happen again, yet proceeded to make the same mistake. He repeatedly stalled, fed me lies and deception for six months. It was my own solicitor who contacted me to inform me that the buyer pulled out- Sharman Quiney couldn’t even bother to say themselves They do not have the capacity, knowledge and capability to sell, I spent all my time chasing them and doing their jobs for them. I lost the best time to sell and paid 3 times solicitor fee plus a year of paying the mortgage and council tax from my pocket Please avoid this estate agent

Lucy was extremely helpful, open, transparent, and reliable through the whole process, she really cared about us, understood our needs from the start and our position. Lucy and has made us feel like she genuinely wants to help her clients find the perfect home and make is an easy process, as much as she can.    Cannot recommend the team at Sharman Quinney enough! I’ve just brought my first home and it couldn’t have been a more easy, smooth and exciting process. Lucy took my initial inquiry and was so helpful and polite, I then arranged a viewing on my new home and had the viewing with Mariella. She was so helpful In answering questions, discussing how I can plan the layout of the house, was really patient in letting me get a good feel of the home and take it all in. I then went into the office to speak with Josh regarding a mortgage which he couldn’t have been more helpful and clear on the process! I made an offer the following day with Mariella and a few days later she called me to say congratulations! The whole process so far has been an absolute pleasure! I can’t wait to get into my new home and I’m so grateful for the team making this so exciting and straight forward!

   Living a distance from the property presented a number of issues when selling, but the staff at Sharman Quinney Thrapston, were all very helpful particularly James Best and Kerry Radforth. They managed the viewings and kept in regular contact throughout the process. We also utilised their own conveyancing team based at Peterborough, unfortunately, this was a mistake as there was very poor communication and their tracking sheet was rarely updated. The sale fell through and we were advised by James to change to the modern auction method. This was very efficient and concluded the sale inside the timescales when a new conveyancing team was utilised (Iamsold). If you require a quick sale I can full recommend this process.
