   Cheriee from Lovett has been excellent to deal with when it comes to any needs or queries with our property. As a company Lovett have been accommodating for date changes for inspections and whenever there has been a scheduled inspection, Cheriee has always been punctual and polite. The company are easy to deal with and are just a phone call or email away and they are very responsive to our needs. Cheriee is very personable and is always on hand to answer any questions we may have.

   Lovetts have been very good with managing the house i was letting and also for the recent sale of it. I would highly recommend them. The sale of my house was very smooth and it was sold within 5 days of going on the market. They where very prompt and very informative when needed. I dealt with David Hawkes when selling, he was brilliant.

   David and Alex worked great as a team all the way through the process. They were clear at outset how they work and once the property went on the market we quickly had viewings being arranged. Lovetts were quick with feedback and later down the line helpful in pushing things forward all the way until moving day. I have used several different estate agents in the past and Lovetts have been the easiest to deal with and I would highly recommend them to anyone. Should I ever need to move, they will certainly be my first choice.

   We used Lovett to sell our home again and we cannot fault them in any way, impressive service. This is the second time we’ve used them and would go back again in future if/when needed. The brochure and advert were great. David and Alex were professional, knowledgeable and sold the house above the asking price. Once sold David was excellent progressing the sale as needed and knew far more than most agents when things got complex. Big thumbs up

   We rented a property through Lovetts for over 4 years and always found the team to be pleasant and helpful. We rarely had any issues in the property but these were handled quickly and conveniently for us which was appreciated working from home. We had a leak from our ensuite and it was repaired immediately. Renewing tenancy each year was no problem and the team was flexible and helpful when we were planning to leave to buy our first home close to the end of our tenancy. Departure from the property was smooth and we received our deposit back without trouble. Would definitely recommend. Thanks!

   When Lovett took over from Just Let's a downward spiral started and has never got better. I have been in the property 4 years and things are at an all time low. Missed appointments for repairs. Was told they would be measuring for a new kitchen in September 2020. It's now November 2022 and the failed appointment never was rebooted. If by some miracle they actually decided to send someone. Don't expect them to turn up first time. No explanations for being messed about. Staff are rude, unhelpful and pick and choose what they respond too. Intimidated in my own home with staff trying to force entry for an inspection they were informed wasn't suitable. Lovett have a habit of loosing emails with complaints or that say no. If they don't suit they disappear. 7 months since reporting a leaking radiator. The repair works to the plaster and decor still isn't done. The only reason Lovett are communicating now is because they want to do a property inspection. No genuine desire to correct their mistakes. A simple good will gesture for the inconvenience, stress and hassle is all one asks for. That's all I'm waiting for to move forward.
