We had a problem at one of our properties and he was immediately on the case dealing with us with a human and very polite touch. I contacted Martin & Co. that same night by email, and by the next morning Mrs. Tira Miah, the property manager, responded promptly and offered immediate assistance. On the very same day, the electrician, Haari, got in touch with me, arrived quickly, and resolved the issue efficiently. We were quite worried, but the swift action taken by Tira and the professionalism shown by Haari ensured our safety and gave us great peace of mind.
