I came in to enquire about renting a flat. The lady who I interacted with maintained a really cold demeanor. I felt very disrespected. I eventually walked out because I felt she was so unprofessional.

Addition: I don’t want to get house on zoom call. I just want to send offer to landlord. I work in London, it’s not easy to come to Northampton just to deliver you documents which you gonna use to send offer. Further who need guarantor payslips and 3 months bank statements just to send offer? You got hold money from me yesterday, I was there physically. Not on zoom call. Further even after hold money you never put property online under negotiation. Worst ever property service agent I have ever seen. Really non cooperative for tenants. Non recommended.

worst estate agents in northampton avoid them guys and save your self the trouble over the years i encounter few people got affected by this dps people their properties rents are more than the market price and properties are in real bad condition one of my friend was living in one of their property and they made shady deals behind landlords back ask them if they want to share house with their friends they must pay 1000 £ rather than agreed rent of 800£. and on one occassion they advertised one house for 950 £ but landlord was getting only 700 £ . be aware stay away
