   Awful customer service and zero will for customer retention. Odometer upon rental collection 63359 miles, Return mileage 63369 miles, a Peugeot Expert Bluehdi Professional L2 - 2.0 Litre engine does 38.7 MPG which is 8.51 mile per litre of Diesel used. Just before returning the vehicle 6.5 Litres of Diesel were put into the vehicle and a receipt was shown to prove WELL OVER what was used was put back into the vehicle before returning it. They claimed it was short when if anything THEY OWE ME FUEL! They Do not answer questions, They charge for fuel when you fill up on your way back. Very pedantic. Avoid and use other friendly rental companies.

   Good range of vehicles, pity the guys on the phones arent clued up. They failed to mention all the additional charges and the fact you can't hire a van with points on your licence.

   Very immature driver and passenger in a Luton van, going 10 over the speed limit, driving bumper to bumper with cars in front, and making obscene gestures as they drove past. Didn't realise we let children drive nowadays.

   Just had to cancel my booking due to a change in plan. It was dealt with really quickly with no cancellation charges due to notice period I'd given. Have used this firm for years and streets ahead of the larger companies for service etc. Thoroughly recommend them.

   Cheapest place I found to rent a car. Staff were ok but not exactly welcoming. Vehicle was brand new, so all good. I wasn't impressed with the handover, as the guy didn't go through any of tge controls, what to do if I had a puncture or any sort of accident. Fairly typical nowadays - 'we've got your money, get on with it' - customers just seem not to matter!

   The best rates in Northamptonshire. Great selection of vehicles from a small family car to large commercial vehicles. Vehicles are always of a high spec. The staff are friendly and always go the extra mile for their customers. As long as these guy's are in business, I will always give them my custom both personally and for business.
