   Buying our first home was exciting but definitely stressful at times, especially because there were some annoying delays on the seller’s side with the paperwork. Through all of that, Phil was an absolute star. What I really appreciated about Phil was how responsive he was. Whether it was an email or a phone call, he always got back to us quickly and kept us updated without us having to chase. If we asked for something, he made sure to follow up by the time he promised. That level of communication really helped ease the stress for us. Overall, even though the process had its bumps, Phil made a huge difference. We’re really grateful for his support and would happily recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable and proactive agent.

   A big thank you to Phil and Joel and all the team. Selling our late mother's house from a distance of 150 miles away was challenging. Phil helped and supported us the whole way through to completion. Communcations were excellent at all times and went above and beyond what we expected. Everyone we spoke to at the agency was polite, efficient and just downright nice. It was a much better experience than we had anticipated and we would not hesitate to recommend this agency. Perhaps you could open a branch or two in Sussex!
