   Heron's View, Brundall, Norfolk Broads We've just completed our 8th stay at this rental property - that probably says it all - but read on for the detail! When we first stayed here, several years ago, we couldn't believe the attention to detail that then owner Val had applied to this lovely property. Fast forward a few years and Steve & Heather are now the owners, and from our first stay with them at the helm it was abundantly clear that they were fully intent on maintaining and building upon the extremely high standards that have won awards for this property. Between our 7th and 8th stay, Steve & Heather have made use of the time that the Covid pandemic has afforded and implemented yet more practical and well thought out additions to this beautiful property - it is truly exceptional. A stunning peaceful location beside the River Yare, an equal few minutes walk from the Yare Pub and Brundall station where trains run regularly to Norwich in one direction and Lowestoft & Great Yarmouth in the other direction. Whether visiting in the Summer or even in Winter as we like to do, the property caters for all desires whether activities or just relaxing. Wildlife (Heron's, Swans, Ducks, even a Seal) and all manner of river traffic entertain, and there is always an abundance of beautiful sunsets to watch with a drink from the outside decking area, or via the wall-to-wall patio doors from the inside when the nights get chilly. For those that enjoy fishing and other river activities there are plenty of useful items - including 2 boats and other associated items! The property is always clean, warm and comfortable and boasts 2 TV's, DVD player, Sky, and Broadband. The kitchen is superbly equipped in every way and there is onsite parking. We would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a stay in this area; we cannot come up with a single suggestion as to what could be added or changed to improve what exists here. We are of course already booked for stay #9 ! RnB Cambridge

   Nice place, shame about the fishing. And if you need WiFi you need to supply your own, because shared WiFi never works. But the place is very clean and tidy, well kept and well looked after. And parking for one vehicle only. (One of the images from Google maps show the wrong building and parking for two cars).
