   Absolutely recommend the team at Your Move in Kettering. From the moment I popped my head in the door, for an initial chat about selling our house, the service has been outstanding. Darryl patiently went through everything and reassured me that Your Move could provide the service we wanted. Darryl was professional, but friendly. Michael came out to value the house and spent a lot of time detailing how best to achieve a good sale and followed this up with fantastic photos and sales video.    Although we did not use Your Move for our sale our purchase, Jess from Your Move was the Estate Agent dealing with the sale at top of the chain. She was brilliant as she was pushing to whole chain so the sale would go through within the required time frame before our mortgage expired. Jess was happy to put in the leg work and speak to all the Estate Agents and solicitors to ensure that the sales completed withing the required time frame and was happy to keep all parties updated. If it was not for Jess I don't think our sale and purchase would have happened. I cannot thank her enough even thought she was not our Estate Agent. In the future I would certainly use there as from my experience they keep on top of the sale all the way through to completion rather than many other Estate Agents where it appears once they have had the offer in on their house that is their job done. Thank you again.

   From the outset, when I visited this branch of Your Move and met with Darryl Borthwick I felt he had listened to exactly what I was looking for. Darryl was professional, polite and was really helpful when explaining what he was expecting to receive property-wise, discussing property market conditions and with providing area info (as I am new to the area). I also liked that he said he would call us as soon as there was a property of interest - and he did just that! Unfortunately, I did not get to purchase a property via Your Move but their level of customer service is excellent. There is no doubting their commitment to ensuring you are their priority. I would definitely recommend.

   I went to Your Move for my first time purchase as Darryl had been recommended by a couple of people. I was not disappointed, he listened to what I wanted and went above and beyond to support me during the process. Everyone in the office have been extremely friendly, which is not something I had experienced elsewhere. The financial support was really useful and I was able to clearly identify my budget and was supported through the whole mortgage application process. Thank you very much for all your help to find me my first home.
