I used to own a flat here. Great design of flats but sadly the drug use especially cannabis is too prolific. Also, no mortgages are available on purchases so must be cash purchase is essential of the lease. Fees per year are around £2000. With no has electricity costs are high. Many flats have halogen lights so change them. Condensation is a bad problem. Ventilation is not adequate in standard build flats.
