Do not use - Customer Service in Lettings is despicable. Tori was lovely to deal with. Cannot say the same for the older female who answered the telephone in the office today - 9th November 2021. I now know the name of this person and Oh dear, just not professional at all. Constantly interrupting and out for an argument, did not listen to anything that was said to her. I was phoning on behalf of a relative who was very ill at the time and needed help. Had phoned initially to get my relative registered with the agency, as he was not in a good place to do it himself. I was told the person should be doing the leg work themselves! Absolutely shocked at that response. Rude and very difficult behaviour. I just do not understand how they manage to keep the business going with the amount of people one or two of them have upset with their totally unacceptable behaviour. If customers or customers to be actually read your responses to criticism, they should be shocked at how you deal with and speak to people.
Just bought our house from Bartram. Matt has been brilliant throughout the whole process. From initial viewing to the day we picked up the keys, and answering every question of ours, I can't recommend Matt enough. Brilliant service and Bartram are lucky to have him on board.
We have only positive things to say about Bartrams, well Matt specifically who went above and beyond to help us through our move which proved rather long and tricky at times! He was very patient and kept us in the loop throughout. Would definitely recommend and use again. My only feedback would be that the photos taken often don’t do the houses justice compared to some other companies.
