   Although not selling through H&H the chain below was. The support from Karen throughout and especially on the day of exchange was invaluable. Karen persisted with our needs and exchanged on the day we hoped pulling it altogether on behalf of all the agents involved even though it wasn’t her responsibility. Karen went over and above what was needed. Would not hesitate to use H&H for a future house sale. Thanks for all the help!

   Brilliant agent! Our house was on with someone else for almost a year and we could not get a sale. H&H came in as we considered switching and immediately we were struck by their professionalism. They were incredibly proactive with promoting our property but also very selective about only letting truly viable buyers to view. Obviously, now there is so much bureaucracy with conveyancing, the sale took a while and throughout H&H were constantly liaising between our solicitors (thanks so much, Karen!) to push the sale through. Would definitely recommend.

From the first call of enquiry to the completion, we have been impressed and incredibly grateful for Karen’s proactive and persistent support. Where we were struggling with the incompetence of our solicitors, it was Karen and the team who were always willing to help us. Communication was brilliant and we were always fully in the loop which brought us great comfort throughout this daunting process. Felt truly valued by Karen and her team, and we will always be thankful for the service they have given. Hopefully won’t have to go through this process again for a while, but when we do, we’ll think to turn back to Howkins & Harrison.

   I would like to add my name to the list of satisfied customers! I took the decision to use H & H for the sale of my house and they performed well at all stages of the process. At the initial meeting Martin showed that he had a very good grip of the local market. Brochure production and viewing arrangements were all very satisfactory, as was the handling of the various offers. There were some delays at the end of the process, caused by actions further down the chain but this situation was handled very well by Amy. Highly Recommended!
