   I often think my luck is bad, but I was very fortunate coming across the Haarts MK buying team, particularly Susan from Sales who managed to get what was a missed opportunity due to unfortunate circumstances over the line. They are a very welcoming bunch, and you'll be in good hands from at least the buyers perspective. Pros + Welcoming and reassuring + Great product options from the mortgage team. I didn't use them on this occasion, but I would recommend them for that extra reassurance + Great communication and diligence during the sales process to push completion inspite of fleeting odds Cons - Only a minor issue that was amicably resolved prior to sale

   I recently sold my house through Haart and the service received was first class. From the first visit by Nick Siequien who was excellent in explaining the process and the current market position - and got the very price for me. It was a tricky sale and took a while but Graham Nash was terrific in keeping me informed and getting it to completion. Finally Georgina was at the end of the phone for me in those final frantic few days. Great teamwork and I would thoroughly recommend them

   I am really appreciated for the help from haart letting services from end to end. Especially for the help from Tom, highly recommend. He is very proactive and helpful in all steps from helping marketing our property, contact with potential tenants as well as closing the rental agreement. He is very responsive and always replies to our queries promptly. He also helped a lot on providing advice, linking up with the contractor on any professional cleaning/works before the start of tenancy with reasonable price.    I was looking for my first house and Georgina Addis assisted me on this journey. There is only one thing to say about the all experience that she was brilliant! My appointment was for a specific property but (I am assuming that) with her knowledge and experience Georgina sensed that this property wasn't a place that I could call home.
