   Rude, unprofessional, and completely negligent. "I cannot believe how badly we have been treated by Kingston Real Estates. Their staff are incredibly abrupt on the phone and have delayed on acknowledging when I tried to follow up on urgent repairs. We moved into a property that was supposed to be 'ready,' but it hadn’t even been cleaned properly between tenancies—it was filthy.

   The worst customer service ever seen. The majority of staff are rude. They have tried their best to chargee for poor condition of the property. They tried to take most of my security deposit at the end of the tenancy. Thanks to dps where I was able to prove my innocence and was able to refund my deposit after an adjudication process.

   Kingston Real Estate have experienced committed staff who always deliver. As a voluntary director of a leaseholders management company Kingston have given our development an excellent property management service attending to issues promptly and contacting our Director group individually when approvals and decisions need to be made. Their advice is sound and always welcome. More recently I have transferred my rental property to them following a deterioration of service and standards from my previous letting agent. It has been a great relief moving to them and I have full confidence in their tenant management.

   Over the past 20 years , I have had dealings with 16 different Managing Agents. Some are good, some are poor , and some are very bad. Kingston Real Estates took over the management of one of my properties from an agent who definitely fell into the third category . The way they turned around our fortunes was nothing short of amazing . I think its fair to say that this particular block had never been efficiently managed from the time it was built in the early years of this century. We now have a block where the agents are just a phone call away and response times are instant. Not only that, they carry out their duties in a very friendly and helpful manner. I am currently dealing with six different managing agents and Kingston are definitely in the top spot
