This is a lovely cinema with very comfortable reclining seats. The staff are very friendly and the prices are competitive. For a cinema with only a few screens, the variety of films is brilliant. The water fountain outside makes for a lovely afternoon out in the summer with kids, but remember to play after the film!
For a couple of years, I refused to go to the Daventry Arc, because they knocked down my old grammar school to build it. Then a friend took me to a National Theatre Live screening, an experience that changed my mind totally. Lovely staff, welcoming, kind, helpful. Reasonably priced tickets, very comfortable seats, clear screen and good sound quality. Great cafe area, with views of the fountains in the square outside, good choice of drinks and snacks. Since my "conversion" I've been many times, and I'm so glad it's there, because I love "going to the flicks". So much better than staying at home and watching the telly.
We've heard about The Arc from friends before, but we finally made the trip with our daughter from Northampton and it was so worth it! The seats are comfy and they recline, so much leg room, the screen was immaculately clean and well laid out. The 'Crazy Tuesdays' £6PP is great value too! We didn't need them but I thought the fact they were wheelchair accessible and had wheelchair spaces with a seat for a carer atthe back of the screen was fab! Will definitely be coming again!
Absolutely love it here. Amazing seats, most days have a deal that make tickets super cheap, lovely service. Since moving back to Daventry I've become a regular. Only critiques are that the food is pricey (but it's still better priced than competitior cinemas) and that the film selection can be limited (but that's natural considering the size). Overall it's an awesome cinema and I can only recommend it if you're in the area.
This is the most amazing cinema I have ever been to. Beautiful reclining seats. Fantastic for anyone with mobility issues, unlike most cinemas disabled customers are expected to sit at the front, here access is from the back meaning customers with mobility issues can sit at the back making it much more pleasurable viewing. Well done Arc Daventry. Will def be our cinema of choice.
I’ve taken my family to the Arc Cinema, Daventry, twice. We were thrilled to experience comfort, quality and friendliness each time. I’m not sure how other cinemas are like nowadays, but without a shadow of a doubt, I’ve absolutely loved both my visits to this small local cinema. We are definitely going to be frequent the Arc any time a good movie comes on. Well done, Arc team!
Can only rate 5 stars as I've never had a bad experience here. Friendly staff and they've always been happy to help if a problem has occurred. It's a great addition to Daventry and I for one love a cinema day out with the kids for the kids club of a weekend! Also the seats are incredible so comfy, best cinema we've been to and we're fortunate enough to have it on our doorstep!
Great cinema and lovely team! Luxury reclining seats, a large array of snacks, soft & alcoholic drinks. I have been to the cinema a number of times since opening and have always been greeted with a warm welcome from the great team!
Top class Cinema! Clean and very comfortable seats, helpful staff. I went to see the new Batman movie. Everything here was just spot on for a cinema experience.
