First time everrrr i was impressed with a pool I called only less than an hour in advance for this pool and the man who answered the phone ( which i understood after being in the pool) that was the manager, gave me absolutely 5* costumer service, answering all my queries promptly regarding pool temperature, how long could i be with my family in etc due to being a first time i had no idea how everything worked After his amazing costumer service on the phone i couldnt wait to see if in person was going to be the same and sadly he wasnt there when we arrived only after but there was a tall young gentleman blonde lifeguard on the desk and watching the pool at all times that gave us too amazing costumer service and we felt very very very secure there with him so nothing bad would ever happen, that there was always someone watching us, which on any other pool we”ve been its very rare to find. Usually lifeguards are bored, looking other places, walking everywhere in the building and never paying much attention to people in the pool like this gentleman was( completely forgot to ask his name) I will deffo come bsck to this amazing pool amd hot showers, super clean and tidy everywhere we looked which agsin is hard to find in a busy pool The only downside bit that i didnt like and didnt agree but told him before leaving was the balls/ the long straws, the rubber rings etc for kids meanwhile theyre in the pool should be able to be borrowed not just sold every single item when we would just use for 1h or so meanwhile we were there and probably never agsin until we go to beach/pool again and they would get damaged/punctured/imflated etc without use in a garage/car trunk/anywhere We just needed for meanwhile we were in the pool which usually 95% of pools that we go theres always floating toys we can use and obviously always leave them in the pool where we found them before going home :) i saw this pool had a lot of items for sale but some already opened /not new and just laying around by the side of the pool walls that could be used for kids meanwhile in the pool specially because a lot of kids like mine dont swim, dont know how to float or nothing without help Apart from that everything was great and well deffo go back :) recommend absolutely to everyone this lovely pool and their staff members specially the manager and a blonde tall man lifeguard there

The woman working on the 19th of June had a horrible attitude when I went with my gf and daughter, saying we had to pay because we didn't have a key fob even though I explained we were staying at the chalets and gave my room number but it wasn't good enough. When I went back on my own without my black gf it suddenly didn't matter anymore. I would avoid at all costs even if it's included in your holiday.

A lovely swimming pool. Parking outside the door. The pool water is lovely and warm ...very clean. There are changing rooms and free lockers. There is a small children's paddling pool separate from the large pool. The deep end is 1.8 mtrs. The pool closed on the 4th Nov for maintenance until March 2025. Cost is £5.50 per adult for as long as you like. It's well worth a visit.

We visited Oasis pool for the first time September last year. The facilities itself looked a little tired yet provided a good family swim. We visited again last week and immediately noticed the facilities had be given a really nice makeover. New shower and toilet area, new flooring around the pool and a nice welcoming freshen up, water was nice and warm too. Whole area nice and clean. Staff very pleasant and good customer service. Thoroughly enjoyed our visit. Will definitely return.

It was our fist time visiting the Oasis pool today with our two children. First impressions were very good and organised. There was a good amount of seating around the outside of the pool. There are plenty of changing cubicles and good showers too. The pool is a good size meaning even when busy there is plenty of space. Looking forward to our next family visit here.

Simple pool for swimming. Open plan, with exposed showers for everyone's use at one end, and changing rooms at the other end of the building. Clean and basic. I believe they must've had a refurb as the ground is now a spongy blue non slip surface. Adult entry was just under £5 which is about average these days.

I have been a long time looking for a replacement swimming venue since the closure of the Marina. I am so pleased to have found this pool. You have to phone to book your session but it is for an hour and 15 minutes so generous. Its £4:50 adults and £3:50 for children. We arrived with our swimming gear on under our clothes, but there are changing rooms. The water was a good temperature, but there are steps to get into both pools, one big one into the water of the baby pool and another one to have them standing on the bottom. (my guess is a 2/3 year old would have the water to their chest /shoulders). But they do sell swim rings etc if you need an aid. The lifeguards on duty were vigilant, helpful and kind. The only thing that is a shame, is the building is old and has some minor maintenance issues and has a damp wet green carpet but is nicer for little feet than tiles, to walk on in bear feet. There is a cafe outside used for pool parties and we had lunch there which was very welcome.
