    Allowed our landlord to extort us for more money than we should have paid to leave early by breaking the terms of the contract. Reported issues were hardly ever resolved. Absolutely awful and rude customer service, tennants beware and avoid. There is no money in the world that would convince us to rent from this company again.

    I have let my property with Finders Keepers for the last 10 years. They have always been friendly, efficient and they do their job very well. Heather (Makepeace) has been so wonderful at dealing with any matters arising from the property and is a joy to work with. She is very proactive, so very little work is needed from myself (always a bonus!). Her 6 monthly property reports have been very useful in pre-empting any issues arising. My tenants must also be happy, as they have remained in the property for many years now.

Holly showed us round our first flat which we instantly fell in love with, her knowledge and presence throughout allowed us to want the home so much more.     I just wanted to share a really positive experience that I had with the Property Management team of the Bicester Branch . The other week, I'd reported both a broken bathroom sink and oven. I was really pleased with how quickly it all got turnaround (effectively within a week of reporting it). I was especially pleased with how quickly Kieran had been able to mobilise the plumber, who called the day after the report was placed and was able to arrange a same day visit. Thankfully, he was able to fix it there and then. Similarly, the technician who came later in the week was able to restore the oven on the first visit as well. Great stuff, thanks guys!
