   It’s good gym lots of machines many weights clean equipment ,but it’s so expensive per month as an 18 year old with limited income it’s hard to keep forking over near £40 a month (£30 if your a student) just to lift weights as it’s the only gym within walking distance yet there’s no gym only membership as someone who doesn’t swim or partake in courses and lessons its quite annoying having to pay full price just to use one section in the building

   Joined almost two years ago and it was the best decision for my health and well being ever . The staff are friendly and helpful , the facilities are very clean , the gym is very well equipped and there is a good variety of fitness classes available to try . My personal favorite is aqua aerobics , the instructor is very motivational and puts fun in to fitness . Have enjoyed all of the classes I have tried and using the gym . Have made friends and always look forward to every visit. Highly recommend.

   I swim and do aqua size twice a week, my instructor at aqua is amazing, she explains what to do clearly and makes it a fun session. All staff are friendly and helpful.

   I would like to recommend Sheryl as a personal trainer. She is very good at her job, patient, and always supportive. She understands her clients’ needs and helps them stay motivated to reach their fitness goals. I’ve really enjoyed training with her and appreciate her positive attitude and encouragement.

   Staff were very friendly and helpful. Got all the training for the gym from James, who was happy, friendly, informative and caring regarding our health problems. The centre was superbly clean and hygienic everywhere we went. There was adequate facilities for the disabled and excellent parking area. Lastly, their security was excellent. I recommend this facility to everyone from beginners to professionals.

   It's been kinda cold in the pool these days. Also, during my time there I couldn't imagine a lifeguard being more bored... He didn't even pay attention to the people swimming in there along with a parent and her young child staying in the lane swim pool? A notice for the family pool would have been nice yet it seems the lifeguard couldn't be bothered at all. Please do like your job more as life's are at stake. Thank you!

   As a establishment it's fine. Good facilities. However, the swim classes we joined are now over stacking classes. Packing 12 kids in with one teacher. Kids don't get enough coaching..coaches cannot keep an eye on kids ability or safety. As I watch now, the kids don't have enough space in the designated area. Accident waiting to happen. Shame

   Great gym but the opening times are poor and it's extremely busy. I have never known a gym to close at 5pm on a weekend, 2pm during public holidays and 4pm on bank holidays, these are peak training days, yet it is open untill 10pm on a Monday and Tuesday, why can't it be 10pm Mon to Sat, please sort this out.... I'm sure they make enough money by how busy it is, to employ a few extra staff to cover the hours. I moan about this as evenings are the easiest times to train as I have kids and a job. If using the showers or spa wear slip on shoes as I caught ring worm from going bare foot, lesson learnt.

   This is a nice centre to visit. A lot of different activities available; I only visit to play squash though. There are 4 squash courts from what I could see. Rackets and balls are available on sight. There's also swimming, a gym for workouts, cycling, rock climbing and a soft play area for kids. I travel from Great Yarmouth which only takes 18-19 minutes drive. No need for a membership in order to use the facilities. I would definitely recommend.
