   Staff on site have nothing to do with bookings, so offered little to no help. £5 a person entry to what is basically a paddling pool. No entertainment on site Grandad is a disabled badge holder and was shunned by locals for having his car close by. Some lady claiming to be the grass cutter, uninvitedly came onto our patio and stuck her head inside our chalet.

   Lovely relaxing park on the edge of the Broads White bungalows are very well equipped and spotlessly clean There is also a swimming pool, bar and launderette on site

   Lovely warm pool great for our kids. They really became confident in the water here as they could touch the bottom. However the pool does need a good clean in places.

   Went there swimming with my family 2 adults, nearly 4 year old and 4 month old for swimming. Due to restrictions we had to wait a little longer to get in and get changed, I didn’t mind too much as I get it with the restrictions…but the duty manager Jordan came over to keep apologising, made sure we had a good time whilst in there and when leaving. Also wanted to make sure we would get booked in again as he knew they were busy (and knew I wanted to go back), so called me a few days later so I didn’t have to hold to book us in again! Customer service like this really makes a day out for me! Thanks Jordan :)

   I have been a member on and off for years and have enjoyed the pool but since it reopened following the recent covid restrictions they are allowing up to 16 people in, I was in a lane with 5 others while one very fast swimmer had one lane. It doesn't seem to be adhering to the rules.

   Lovely quiet, most of the time. Pool, not huge or very deep but adequate for a workout or splash around. There is also a sauna. Members can also use the gym. There are aquacise lessons and children's swimming lessons on a weekly basis. The centre has free parking. Downside more family users can make it a bit less relaxing in the summer.
