Over complicated pricing structure. Ridiculously expensive. Our cleaner was excellent but apparently cleaning more than she should so our price went up by 50% over night after 18mths of service. Oh plus a ‘standard’ price increase too. All done whilst we were out of the country on holiday. Then had two transactions in one day to deliver the good news! What brilliant customer service!
Had the consultation call, said they'd send a quote that day but didn't contact me and didn't respond to my emails for 2 weeks. Did not fill me with confidence that they would be a reliable and professional service provider.
Sparkle have been amazing. I have received a great service from the team and our most recent cleaner Sam was fantastic! I would recommend her and the company and rate them highly. They have been professional and have been great at communicating and have also been really flexible with their days and working around our busy lives too. Emily is great at responding precisely and in a timely fashion to any queries you may have. Verity, our lady who cleans, does an excellent job and is amiable. We highly recommend this service.
