   I used D&G Cleaning to clean my house windows for 3 years, at first the service and clean were excellent. The original cleaner was very thorough, cleaning the frames as well as the glass and leaving them spotless. He left the company (I assume) and we then had regular changes in staff and the cleaning deteriorated with me emailing several times to have them return to finish the job. Until a couple of months ago when the cleaner arrived and spent less than 5 minutes on the wholes house and left. When I checked later there were dried and dirty water droplets on every window. It seemed to be a quick brush and dash. So I emailed an explanation and my dissatisfaction, and said that I did not want them to return and thank you for the years of service. Well the reply I received was surprising and curt, just short of rude, as the cleaner was the boss himself!
