Was glad that Paul informed me that he would be arriving shortly, it gave me the kick I needed to get out of bed instead of seeing a random man in my bedroom window! My husband has informed me that the windows are cleaner than they've ever been and Paul has done a much better job than our previous window cleaners. I'm also happy that we get to choose how often we have our windows cleaned rather than every 4 weeks which is the standard however isn't necessary for every house. Thanks overall, and will continue to use this service.
