As always Alex turned up as arranged and just got on with the windows and frames clean. No fuss, no problems. The job was done quickly and to a high standard and as usual Alex was pleasant and polite. A great job from a reliable company.
Really happy with our first visit from Maran Cleaning. Sam has done a great job clearing out gutters and cleaning the guttering, soffits , fascias windows , doors and frames. It really has made a huge difference.
Thoroughly washed/scrubbed, cleaner was polite. I would have given 5 stars, but the doors and windows were left wet, leaving drip marks in places, which doesnt look very nice. This will eventually leave mould in the seals. But overall, happy with the service.
Just had all my windows cleaned by Maran Cleaning. A really super clean was needed and once completed it exceeded my expectations! The young man cleaning the windows was exceptionally polite and pleasant as well as being very hardworking! Thank you very much. I would commend this company to absolutely anyone.
Loved the idea of this business, seemed easy and just what we were after. They are trying to be clever with the automation but that is what fundamentally lets them down, zero actual service or customer consideration. The service offers you easy slots that they let you know the night before...ok but people are not always at home to give you access. I've been told more recently they work on a regular schedule, so maybe let people know sooner then? They could not find a parking slot outside my property twice in one day (apparently, only saw them once). Fine, but I was waiting in all day watching for them with no update. I saw them arrive outside finally at 5pm, brilliant I thought. Nope, nothing. I then got a call from a 'local number' an hour later, I missed it (just), but immediately phoned back and got an off duty cover service, a person that does not work for them. Apparently despite just missing a call from 'Alex' I was now phoning after hours, to be clear this was 15 seconds at the most. I left a message and got the explanation RE the parking. 'Alex', I was told would get back to me the next day to discuss it. I live on a permit free street that is half empty all day, but if you turn up at 5:30, yeah it's full! I heard nothing for a week, phoned them, left a message, nothing, phoned again, nothing. Phoned again and no record of my previous calls, was told they'd try again in 4 weeks. Literally all that was needed was for the actual service provider 'Alex' to call me and say he couldn't park, I could have made him a spot. Or at the very least for me to be able to contact him directly. Just get a mobile mate, this service provider is the one letting you down.

Great service from Alex from day 1. Totally cleaned the outside weatherboard on the house, cleared all the gutters and left our windows and conservatory sparkling for the first time in years. Love that all the gear is in the van and no ladders required to do all the high stuff. Have kept Maran on to routinely clean and the ongoing comms, value and above all the effort put into doing a decent job are all well worth paying for. Would highly recommend.
