   Maybe this will get someone's attention but why ohhhh Why does the awful music have to be so loud, I just want to get out as soon as possible and avoid going in the first place if I can. Please be aware how it affects those with hearing aids as well .

   Often shop in the Maldon store but since a member of staff was quite rude when asked about exchanging 2 drinking water bottles that had broken after a week... who said they cannot be changed in this store... you'll have to go back where you bought them so had to go to Stanway! Weird... when you can take anything you purchase online to any Next store??
