Rayah booked our trip to Cyprus and this was hassle free which we appreciated, as booking a holiday can be frustrating at times. We came into the store and tasked Ashley with the impossible: a week holiday for a family of 6 that was suitable for a child that the adults can enjoy just as much as we were celebrating a big birthday. Ashley found us exactly what we wanted and it was one of the nicest resorts we'd ever been to. Can't fault the process from booking, transfers, the hotel. We went into the Bedford store today to book a cruise. We were served by the lovely Ashley who was knowledgable as well as very friendly and genuine. Ashley found us the exact holiday we wanted and was also able to save us a great deal of money on what we had been quoted by another company. Charmaine was so lovely and friendly. She greeted us, as soon as we entered the shop. Her service was amazing and she was very efficient. She was very helpful and excited to book and discuss everything. Went over all the details and explained everything properly. Found us the best deals and went to great lengths to find what I was looking for. I didn't have to ask anything twice, as she thoroughly went through the procedure with us. So we knew what to expect and exactly how much everything would cost. I would advise if looking for a get away to pop in and see Charmaine, because she has a real passion for travelling and also her job. Making the booking process alot easier for me and more enjoyable. As booking a getaway can be very stressful, but having Charmaine there to explain and show us pictures and let us know about extra things that can support and accommodate our flight and safety. Was very helpful. I am are so greatfu lthank you.
Came into our local branch to book our first holiday since covid. We were welcomed by Ellee who went above and beyond to make sure we got exactly what we wanted and made sure, more importantly, that we left the store with nothing else to do or worry about. Not only did she get our family holiday booked but we was also offered travel insurance, hotel the night before our flight and car parking at the airport. We also went through excursions we can do whilst on holiday which we didn’t realise we could book in store. We will definitely be coming back to book our next one!!
We went into Bedford on a Sunday afternoon and was welcomed by Ellee, she was extremely helpful and attentive. She managed to get our holiday to Mexico for the dates we wanted, premium seats and private transfers and nothing was too much trouble.
