   From the moment we walked into the Milton Keynes store, the service we received from Kuoni was exceptional. Vicky supported us with our initial query, put the complex itinerary together and arranged the final booking. What made the whole experience stress-free was the extra support Vicky provided, which included regular contact with us prior to departure and the helpful hints and tips based on her personal experiences. She was always available to talk through issues and was genuinely interested in ensuring we had the best holiday. Kuoni staff in both South Africa and Zimbabwe were also exceptional and nothing was too much trouble. We have used Kuoni before and would book with them again without hesitation.

   Once again Ricky and of course the whole team at Kuoni MK have been amazing.. their patients walking through all the various destination options on our list deserves a medal, no question was left in un-answered and no stone unturned which meant we left the store not only completely satisfied and assured of our selection, we were inspired for the prospect future escapes beyond 2023. We cannot thank you enough !!

   From walking into the store my experience with Kuoni has been fantastic. All agents are welcoming & friendly. Vicky looked after me from choosing my hotel to flight information ect. I was able to book my whole holiday the same day completely stress free. Vicky was beyond helpful with any questions or concerns I had, she listened and communication was outstanding from start to finish. My Holiday was amazing, lovely hotel which was recommended by the team. I love that we got a travel guide with restaurant suggestions and things not to miss. Transport booked for us was extremely smooth and helpful (our flight was cancelled due to bad weather) which meant staying an extra day. The Kirker company couldn’t of been more accommodating/helpful about the situation. Will definitely be using this travel agent again :).

   I have just returned from an amazing holiday from Mauritius, which was arranged through the Milton Keynes branch of Kuoni. From start to finish the whole journey was seamless. Thank you to Claire and Lyndsey who helped to helped to find, book and provide info. From the destination, hotel, transfer and flights and overall service we got more than we were expecting. I will be back soon to book the next trip.

   We have booked holidays with Kuoni for over 8 years now starting with our honeymoon booked with Ricky who was amazing! We would never book with anyone else, our holidays have been fantastic and can never find fault with anything Ricky has always been our main contact and his customer service and expertise is second to none! Can’t recommend both him and Kuoni enough

Even through the tough times they all endured during the COVID restrictions on travel they remained a positive and helpful team! They take time to understand their clients to ensure the holiday they provide meets every need, want and wish ! You will not find a more helpful, professional and cheerful team anywhere !
