   I had a brilliant experience at TUI in Kettering. The team were incredibly knowledgeable and genuinely helpful from start to finish. I was struggling to decide on the right holiday, but they took the time to talk everything through clearly and patiently. Even after adjusting our budget, they still managed to find us a great deal and an amazing holiday. Really impressed with their service – highly recommend!

   Hayley, ( researched ) Imogen ( booked ) and Lorna ( documents ) were very helpful in sorting out a difficult booking for my family holiday, on a Marella cruise. Communication with Hayley superb. All questions on booking were answered processionally and with knowledge by Imogen. Lorna was a great help with sorting out our check in and documentation.
