   Terrible customer service. My elderly mother was left stranded at the docks, and despite being contacted on more than one occasion by two different people, the response from Hays Travel was dismissive. Their attitude was essentially: “Why do I need to speak to them again today when I already spoke to them yesterday?” For one, my mother was stuck at the dock with P&O saying the travel agent hadn’t sent the details. And secondly, she had not spoken to them “yesterday” as claimed — it was two days earlier, and the person she spoke to wasn’t even working the following day. Regardless, this was an emergency situation, and Hays Travel showed no real interest in helping once they had taken the money. It was a very stressful and upsetting time, especially for an elderly person stranded with no support. I would strongly advise others not to use Hays Travel Bedford if booking on behalf of elderly relatives. Book directly with the travel company instead — at least then you can be sure someone will take responsibility when things go wrong.

   Went to Hayes travel in Bedford for holiday across America..New York, Memphis and Vegas. Callum was brilliant and helpful as was Lisa.. Made the trip so easy. Even though I had to call a few times as I needed to ask questions, they were patient and always had time to help. Will definitely use them again. Was grateful for all their help making sure the holiday went well
